HOOTBOODINI (hootboodini.com) is provided by All N 1 AI LLC ("we", "us"). When you use HOOTBOODINI or buy Full Access, you are contracting with All N 1 AI LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

HOOTBOODINI is an educational game that teaches how markets and charts work. It includes owl academies, a storybook, quizzes, rewards and practice trading with virtual coins only. Full Access is a one-time purchase that unlocks the game for your account.

No financial advice

All content is for general educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. No real money is traded in the game. Any real-world decisions you make are your own responsibility, and we do not promise any profits or financial results.

Accounts

You must be of legal age to buy Full Access; children may play under a parent's or guardian's supervision. Keep your sign-in details private and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it unlawfully; fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; interfering with security (such as malware, probing or scraping); reverse engineering; reselling or sharing access; or getting around technical limits.

Intellectual property

All N 1 AI LLC owns the service and all its content, including the software, characters (Hootdini and Boodini), artwork, voices, stories and branding. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use HOOTBOODINI.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 14-day money-back guarantee.

Service availability

We work hard to keep HOOTBOODINI running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live market prices shown in practice trading come from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. If access ends, you may ask us to delete your account data.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, death or personal injury.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State where All N 1 AI LLC is registered in the United States.
